Today’s Bridal hair tutorial is easy peasy but oh so pretty – the hair knot. I am going to demonstrate the low bun variety as per the Natalie Portman example below but you can create your own version by tying to the side or up high, only tying one knot for a ponytail style or by simply choosing to add different accessories such as jewelled clips or flowers.
Divide the hair in a centre parting, smoothing with a bristle brush as you go. Tie your left and right sections into a hair knot, I tied at the base as I wanted to create a low bun shape.
Repeat the knotting process, tying each around your first hair knot until you have run out of hair.
Secure with grips, tucking in any ends. Finally adorn your knotted bun with flowers or for a vintage look loosely pin a beaded necklace around your hair knot.
