I have a frightfully sweet tooth, aroused mainly by cake craftsmanship which my hips aren’t thanking me for. Bompas & Parr are launching a unique food explosion service for Weddings which I had to share with you this Sunday. For a fee a trained Explosives Technician (rock and roll baby!) will lay charges within your Wedding cake to be detonated at the climax of the evening’s festivities. Ka-Boom.
